A FLEXIBLE MINDSET
Psychological Flexibility

​​​A flexible mindset is the ability to adapt to change, learn from mistakes, and embrace new ideas. It's the opposite of a fixed mindset, which can lead to repeated cycles of unhelpful behaviours, exhaustion and burnout.

Emotional Agility

Emotional agility is the ability to understand and learn from the emotions we are experiencing. It enables us to tolerate high levels of stress while remaining focused, engaged, open and receptive.

Values are the things that are important to you, while strengths are the things you are good at. Being curious about our values and strengths leads to self-understanding that helps us to self-motivate and stay on track.

Enduring setbacks

Accepting ourselves, grounding and embracing challenge helps us to set ambitious personal goals. When we are open to learning from obstacles and setbacks, we also tolerate criticism or rejection more easily.
